Skinny Water, Sassy Water, Detox Water, whatever name you may know it by has been a trend among the healthy living community. Some people say it’s a quick fix to weight loss but what’s the truth? What’s in it? Does it work?
Sassy water, or detox water contains, Lemons, Mint, Cucumber And Ginger, however you are not limited to these ingredients. To satisfy my personal taste, I used a combination of just lemon and mint. The cucumber water taste was not appealing at all and I wasn’t crazy about using ginger.
Did it work? We all know that water is naturally a weight loss agent. Drinking water flushes toxins out of the body and helps to alleviate bloating.Y es, the Sassy water did work for me but here are some things to take note of. Paired with lemon I noticed a decrease in bloating. In addition to drinking the Sassy Water, I workout between 5-7 days a week. Also, Sassy water should not be used when working out. I suggest you use your standard plain water.
